Net Program Installation

If X-Collector is installed on a system of Windows7（32-bit）or Windows Server 2008, you need to install .Net Framework manually. For other systems, it will be automatically installed by default.

1. Get the root certificate file MicrosoftRootCertificateAuthority2011.cer under tools folder on the installation package.

2. Press Windows + R keys to open Running window, enter mmc and then click OK to open Microsoft Console.

3. Select File > Add/Remove Snap-in, and then add Certificate.

4. Select the Local Computer to manage the snap-in.

5. Go back to the console, click Certificates (Local Computer) and then right-click Trusted Root Certification Authorities on the list.

6. Select All Tasks > Import, and then import the MicrosoftRootCertificateAuthority2011.cer certificate.

   tip

   If there is no Import option, cancel the selection and then select again.
